Unneccesary Honking

Let me preface this by saying I am very lucky to work from home and not have to get up at the crack of dawn to be at work on time.  However, every single morning between 6:15 and 6:45 a car pulls up right near my house and honks their horn...twice.  Not that it would  make it any better, but it's not a polite little toot too, it's a HONK HONK.  Its SO lound and literally wakes me up every single morning.  My roommate wants to figure out who owns the car, drive to their house, and in the middle of the night put a brick on their horn so it honks continuously until they get out of bed and remove it.  I think he might be onto something.
